Trevor Schubert is the Director of Boarding of Nexus International School, Putrajaya, and he heads the opening of Nexus Boarding House in September 2011. Mr Schubert spent his early days as a child in East Pakistan (Bangladesh) before he went to boarding school in Darjeeling, India at the age of seven. In his spare time, Mr Schubert enjoys playing golf and travelling. 

 

Mr Schubert is a lifelong learner, having completed his last degree, an MBA, at Curtin University in 2005. He has a great passion for teaching and taught in schools in Tasmania and Western Australia before becoming a Head of Boarding at the Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School. He then moved on to manage the Swanleigh Residential College as Head of Boarding, tasked with the main responsibility of managing student well being and discipline of up to 270 boarders. He has over 16 years of experience in boarding house management. 

 

Mr Schubert's new role at Nexus International School will involve creating, supporting and maintaining a boarding environment where learners can develop their academic potential, enjoy all the benefits of living in an international community and make lifelong friends. 

Glenda hails from from Perth, Australia. She has been a generalist primary school teacher and a specialist teacher of English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Spanish and German at both primary and high school levels. In 2005 she decided to teach overseas and spent two years in Hong Kong and then two years in Singapore. She adores travelling and is looking forward to a wonderful working experience at Nexus International School, Putrajaya.
