Shortly afterwards he moved to Malaysia where he began working at Nexus International School as the ICT manager. This year he will be moving over from the technical side of ICT to a teaching and implementation role, an area that he is passionate about. Greg's ICT knowledge, passion to facilitate learning and eagerness to identify how technology can be better used to enhance learning for both teachers and learners allows him to provide Nexus International School with another important resource in this ICT rich environment.

Transferring this passion for the written and spoken word to his learners, via a fun and energetic teaching style, is an important aspiration for him. Martin believes that every child matters and will strive to help them to achieve their true potential, which is central to his teaching philosophy. With a great love of literature, both contemporary and classical, he can often be found whiling away the hours with a good book, unless he is watching (and usually shouting at) Manchester United.

She is never happier than when in the classroom with learners and believes that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is her desire as an educator to help learners reach their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, supports risk-taking, and invites a sharing of ideas. In addition, Maureen believes that equally important to self-discovery is having the opportunity to study things that are meaningful and relevant to one's life and interests and with this in mind, she works to develop a curriculum around student interests that fosters and stimulates the passion to learn, believing that when students have ownership in the curriculum, they are motivated to work hard and master the skills necessary to reach their goals. As a primary classroom teacher he has developed an extensive knowledge of pedagogy within the classroom and has managed to transfer these attributes into PE lessons in order to deliver outstanding Physical Education provision for children of all ages.

He also subscribes to the idea that children are aware of taking risks and exploration through sharing and testing their ideas and suggestions are all vehicles of learning. He has accomplished a measured amount of sporting success, which allowed him to travel to other parts of the world as an ambassador for both Rugby League and Great Britain.
