“Sensitive Personal Data” under the Act and these include, but not restricted to:
Race, religion, data relating to health, records of misconduct and disciplinary action, records of criminal offence, family
court orders
“Biometric Data” we may collect and process biometric data, including but not limited to fingerprints, facial recognition, and voiceprints, for purposes such as identity verification, security, and access control. The collection and use of such data will comply strictly with the requirements of the PDPA and any subsequent amendments. Biometric data will only be processed with your explicit consent and will be safeguarded using encryption and secure storage protocols to ensure its confidentiality and integrity.
“Use of Artificial Intelligence” AI) we may integrate AI systems to enhance the efficiency and quality of services, including analytics, personalized learning tools, and automated decision-making processes. AI usage in data
processing will adhere to principles of fairness, transparency, and accountability. Regular audits and monitoring mechanisms will be conducted to mitigate biases and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. You have

parents and staff (“Individuals”). This includes but not limited to information about symptoms of illnesses, the health
