Morag McCrorie
Principal
Morag studied Modern Languages at the University of Cambridge where she also completed her education training. She is currently completing a doctorate in education at the University of Bath. She has been teaching for over 25 years and held senior leadership roles in both the UK and China before moving to Malaysia. She joined Nexus in 2018 as the Head of Secondary before becoming Principal in 2025.

On behalf of Nexus, Sandie collected the award for ‘International School of the Year 2023’ from the Australian Boarding Schools Association, awarded to a school outside Australia that exemplifies excellence in Boarding.

In 2019, KK Lee deliberately transitioned to the education sector, joining Nexus International School. She finds immense fulfilment in contributing to the growth and development of future generations and continues to make a meaningful impact through her role as Head of Operations.

Board members
Board of Governors
Nexus International School Malaysia Board of Governors has the overall responsibility of advising, managing and monitoring the activities of our school in accordance with the Education Act 1996 and the Companies Act.
The responsibilities of the Board include approving major changes to the curriculum which affect the nature of what is taught in the school, ensuring the quality of teaching and learning in the school meets the expectations of the Vision and Purpose statement and to set and adopt a long-term developmental plan for the school.
